The premium price tag on their product…

The premium price tag on their product is for the quality and the customization to your type of frame. However, you still need to possibly cut your wrap stickers.... How does that make any sense? Why ask for the size of your bike and all the specs of the wrap needs cutting? I had to cut the down tube wrap because it was too long. The seat tube wrap was not even useable because the entire piece was too big and if I cut it in half it would look ugly as hell.

Before you read there Centricity's BS…

Before you read Centricity's BS rebuttal to try to save themselves.

1. Did I ever receive the call back? NOPE.

2. Did I receive the repair reports I asked for? NOPE.

3. Did they produce a policy document showing they do not provide reports to customers? NOPE.

Still waiting for that call back......still waiting for the repair reports I requested.... Still waiting for a policy document to show proof that you don't provide repair reports to customers....

Good afternoon,

On 12/31/2025, customer service spoke with Mr. Nguyen and advised that he needed to call the manufacturer GE to repair the compressor issue.

Mr. Nguyen stated that he contacted GE and was informed GE would charge for the diagnostic. We called GE to clarify. Mr. Nguyen would pay for the diagnostic and Centricity would reimburse.

Since the warranty is still under coverage, Mr. Nguyen can contact GE for further questions and concerns in-regards to the diagnostic.

Also, we will look into why Mr. Nguyen never received a call back.

DIAGNOSTIC:
Diagnosis is TECH DIAG: FOUND SEIZED COMPRESSOR, ACCESSVALVE AND REFRIGERANT.

VALVE. CLOGGED FILTER DRIER. FAULTY INVERTER BOARD AND POWER

CONTROL BOARD. FREON LEAK, WILL NEED FREON TO RECHARGE UNIT ALL

DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.

This unit has 5 yrs parts and labor for sealed system so they were referred to manufacturer for repairs.

I asked to receive reports and invoices…

I asked to receive reports and invoices for the repairs to my refrigerator so i could send directly to GE as my unit was under 3 years old and required multiple repairs. Wanted to see if GE would provide me with additional coverage since my Centricity Warranty was ending soon. First, they tell me i need to get it from the service provider they assigned. Then the service provider tells me they have a contract with Centricity to not give to customers. Then Centricity tells me its in their policy to not provide this but they cant produce a policy document stating this.
Sounds a little sketchy to me. I purchased the insurance I should be allowed to receive this information.

Good afternoon,

On 12/29/2025, Mr. Nguyen called customer service requesting food reimbursement. Customer service gently explained to Mr. Nguyen that the unit needed to be diagnosed and repaired first.

Mr. Nguyen asked to speak with a supervisor. The customer service representative informed Mr. Nguyen that it may take at least one business day for a supervisor to return his call.

Also, since the product is still under manufacturer coverage, GE customer service will be there for further assistance.

We appreciate Mr. Nguyen patience through this claim process.

6+ months and still no pergola

6+ months and still no pergola. No explanation why there is a delay when it was suppose to be received within 3-4 months.

Was considering purchasing additional add-ons but at this point i may never even get my original purchase.

If i dont receive it by the end of the month i will be seeking legal action.

Not technically Bikelfights fault but…

Not technically Bikelfights fault but the tracking with UPS partner was not precise and clear.

Also it would be nice if one could speak directly with a bike flights rep vs strictly email.

Bike frame did get here in one piece albeit the tracking confusion.

Process itself in terms of getting it shipped in internationally was easy.
