Excellent in branch service

A really nice young man called Kaysan at Castle Bromwich Branch helped us to do something that we couldn’t do with our app. He was very polite, helpful and very security conscious.
He is an asset to your bank.

Merrell shoes price matched

I mentioned to Katie and Andrew that the Merrell shoes I wanted to purchase were a lower price at the Amazon store. They happily matched the price, no fuss, just good polite service, thanks.

Replacement Cordula garage door remote

I needed a new remote for my Cordula garage door. GDP UK were so quick to respond to my enquiry (Sunday!) and followed up my question the same day. After advice I received my new remote in 2 days (Tuesday).
Installation instructions were easy to follow and completed in about 10 mins max.
I highly recommend this company.
