Another good shopping experience in ProCook at East Mids Designer Outlet.
Ann and Renata gave great customer service to me.

Friendly and Helpful staff at the Sutton-in-Ashfield Branch.
Dave helped me by lifting three trays of 24xcans of Pepsi Max into my trolley and then carried them outside to my car with the rest of my shopping for me.
I have issues with my shoulder and cannot lift or carry heavy items.

Rebekah at the Sutton-in-Ashfield branch has given me excellent customer service yesterday and 3xweeks previous.
On both occaisions she carried my heavy purchases to my car as I struggle with lifting. Weather was awful, but she kept a smile and warm,friendly manner. I also had difficulty in returning an online purchase, but she dealt with it efficiently in store.

Kieran in the Carpet Dept of the Mansfield store was exceptional in his customer service and product knowledge. He gave sound advice in helping me choose the right 'Rug' for my home. I placed an order and made a purchase from that Dept.

Anne-Marie was very helpful at the check out point where I made a purchase and returned an item.
She was friendly and efficient.

I visited the Mansfield branch yesterday,specifically for Tesco Mobile. Jaimielee was very helpful in assisting me with the start up of a new mobile phone. She was friendly,knowledgeable and patient.
But 4xstars given as the length of time waiting to be seen was 40mins, a que of 4 customers before me and another 6 waiting to be seen.
Only 2xAdvisors on duty.
Jaimielee apologised to everyone for the long wait time....she deserves 5xstars.

He arranged for the Engineer to Install and made our current provider aware of contract closure. Messaged me after the installation to ensure it went smoothly, excellent customer care.

I took my 7yr and 9yr old grandkids to the Soft Play area at the Llammas Leisure Centre for the first time. Perfect,especially on a rainy day to spend 1.5hrs :)
