Pretty much what everyone else has said. This company take your money based on a lie.

They took our money - hundreds of pounds - for a "lifetime" deal. It was a great service. The clue in the name... lifetime. FOR LIFE.

They have have since revoked several features and we cannot use the platform as we used to due to an "upgrade". I wouldn't mind if we were just missing out on new features, but we have been DENIED several resources we previously had on the lifetime deal which we have PAID FOR and used to have access to.

For example, I have gone from having four social media platforms on this, and am now limited to two. TWO! Not realistic for any business. There are many other examples which means I can no longer use this platform. I refuse to upgrade given I have already paid them, and they do not deserve my custom after such despicable service.

An absolute farce and hugely disappointing. Sucked us all in with an absolute lie. I will be reporting to trading standards for false advertising as I would never have signed up if I knew it wasn't truly a lifetime deal (and how is anyone meant to know that). Gross misuse of the word lifetime.

I don't like to put another business down, but not use this company. Sorry.

Ordered a pair of shorts and was sent full leggings version instead (they were labelled wrong on the bag too). Tried to order the shorts again and return the leggings but the shorts were out of stock when I went back on! Tried to explain this to ASOS who offered me a 10% code when there was already a 20% code running... They then offered me a 20% code and said that was the best they could do. Really? The best you can do is a code already available to the public, you can't do anything better for a customer who is now unable to get a product they ALREADY ordered and paid for because of your error?

They mess up your order big time and then refuse to offer anything by way of apology.

Normally non issues with ASOS, as a Premier member it's ideal for quick orders but this has tainted the whole experience I'm afraid. Now I'm concerned if there are any more errors ASOS will do nothing to help fix the situation so puts me off ordering.

I order from several companies who use Hermes and never had a bad delivery - our delivery person is great. Only criticism is sometimes there's no note left so it's a game of 'find the parcel' in the back garden!

I'm sometimes wary of subscriptions but as long as you make a note to cancel in time when you want to there are never any issues.
Glossybox is great - a beautifully packaged gift to yourself every month and mini (sometimes bigger) products you get to try out every month.
It is frustrating when your box is late and you get replacement products sometimes, but I understand these are difficult times so will hopefully improve. I've been with them before this and it was always great so have faith it's just a rough patch like many businesses experience now and then :)

Always excellent, timely deliveries. Good at leaving calling cards (which some companies don't!) and the updates via SMS are great as well as the option for safe place.

Each to their own, but I've had nothing but a positive experience with Aldi. In store the staff are helpful (multiple stores). Their online website is excellent too - nothing but speedy delivery and everything well packaged.
Only down a star as their fresh veg does not last long at all compared to home grown or other supermarkets.

Great! Can't fault them. Fantastic service, speedy delivery with everything packaged really well, and prices are really good especially with deals! Would recommend, got some lovely house stuff and gifts.

An absolute joy. Love getting this every month - it's so exciting trying something new and the price is excellent for what you get considering what you'd pay at retail price!
Yes it's a luxury, but the snacks, magazine and tonics all add to the value and the experience.

Not all gins are to my liking but that's the nature of these types of discovery subscription boxes :)
