Never received my item they sent me an email to say that my item has been lost in the post but prior to this there has been no tracking information. They then said they would process a refund within 16 days. I am yet to receive anything. I’m guessing they are hoping that I will forget to check. I wonder how many people they do this too.

Edna put me at ease and explain the whole process bit by bit so I could understand. I find things like this very difficult, but she made it more manageable. The whole process was very simple and quick and has honestly changed my life.

Floor was filthy. Sat at a table with a dog bowl full of water with food floating around in it. We decided to sit out side.

The salad bar was empty. No salad. No bread rolls. No butter. My bowl was dirty and the food was awful. Mac n cheese was microwaved to the point where. It had gone crusty on the top and had a hard film over it. The onion Rings were pure grease. So over cooked. We only went there because everywhere else was packed and we were so hungry. Never again. I will never eat at a harvester again.

Delivery took six days and when I tried to track it the updates were days out of date. Web chat unavailable. Product as expected but delivery was disappointing
