I'm really grateful for having been able to be assessed for ADHD so much sooner through Right To Choose with ADHD360, than I would've been through the traditional NHS route. I waited 6 years for my autism diagnosis, but with ADHD 360, I was able to complete all of the forms online, and then had my assessment online with a lovely clinician called Uffy only a couple months after. I'm so glad to have my diagnosis and excited to understand myself better and to explore the available support options.
I had imran today and I can’t express how grateful I am to him he made me so comfortable and went in to great detail he knew I would forget a lot but made sure I new most important parts he was honestly amazing after telling my husband and family they have all said how amazing he sounds and wish they had him themselves. I highly recommend he made a lot of my adult life make sense to and why I struggle daily.

I feel relieved after talking through all aspects of my life and realising that I wasn't just weird... I have ADHD!

What stood out during the consultation was I was able to open up to her very easily and answer all questions, which for some might be difficult.
I felt totally at ease with her and she was just a lovely lady.

I just had my right too choose pathway assessment with ADHD 360. I cannot believe how smooth and quick the process has been.
From the first point of referral to my actual assessment meeting I felt so listened too and acknowledged.
My assessment was with Imran Chohan, and I have to say wow. He was the nicest clinician I have ever met, he kept the assessment so structured and easy for me to follow yet so informal and comfortable. I didn’t really know what to expect of the assessment process but he put me at ease within the first 2 minutes of him introducing himself. We started by introduction & routine appointment checks, then went into the assessment which was about 45 minutes long. He asked structured questions around how my life is currently being impacted, how I was as a child, teenager and now adult. I was worried I would forget Alot but he was so good at prompting my memory without putting things in my head. After giving me my diagnosis he gave an amazing explanation of what ADHD is, how our brain works with ADHD etc. He was so comforting and reassuring, I would honestly recommended him to everyone. I couldn’t have had a better experience. What an absolute wonderful clinician, ADHD360 are so lucky to work with him.

didnt understand what I had to do, took over 3 years from start to finish. In the end they emailed me saying they have tried to get in touch (they didnt) telling me I had a week to get intouch or the 3 year waiting list was for nothing!! Could be easier, should be easier. Lady who assessed me was a delight tho! Really nice lady

I initially had a reasonable experience with ADHD360 after my assessment in 2023, although there were some issues during titration where prescriptions were delayed and I had to chase them, including one occasion where I was told a clinician had left without issuing my prescription while I only had a few days of medication left. This was resolved, and in September 2024 my GP agreed to shared care, after which I remained stable on medication.
More recently I have had a very difficult experience with the renewal and discharge process which has had a serious impact on my care.
At my annual review in September 2025 I was confirmed stable, with no risks identified, and was told I would be reviewed again in 12 months. I was not told my renewal was overdue, and correspondence to my GP after the review advised them to continue prescribing under shared care and confirmed a 12-month follow-up.
On 9 December 2025 I became aware of a discharge letter sent to my GP stating I had failed to engage and had not provided information required for safe treatment. This was upsetting as I had completed my review and provided all required observations. I was later told the discharge was administrative due to renewal, and later still that it was due to refusal to pay fees, which felt inconsistent.
I contacted ADHD360 the same day, within the 7-day period stated in the discharge letter, but was told the discharge had already been processed on 4 December. I later found an email dated 3 December saying an invoice would be issued within two weeks, however I was discharged the following day before any invoice had been raised, so I had no opportunity to pay. Internal notes provided under a GDPR request also show that it was acknowledged I contacted within 7 days, but the decision to treat me as discharged was maintained.
After discharge my GP could no longer prescribe under shared care and my medication stopped. As someone with ADHD, this made it much harder to deal with the situation and I did not fully understand the consequences until speaking to my GP in early 2026.
When I later asked to return to care I offered to pay the normal renewal fee, but was told the only clear option was a new private assessment (£1740), with other routes either not available or involving long waiting times. Given I had been reviewed only a few months earlier and confirmed stable, this felt disproportionate.
I raised a formal complaint but the reasons for discharge changed between lack of engagement, failure to opt-in and refusal to pay fees, and in my opinion the complaint was not handled fully in line with their policy. I also question whether reasonable adjustments were made during the renewal process, as text messages had previously been used when I had not responded, but this was not done for renewal despite ADHD being the condition being treated.
I understand renewal processes are necessary, but the lack of an invoice, conflicting communications, wording of the discharge letter, and the impact on continuity of care made this a very stressful experience. Having also read the CQC report from 2023, this experience has left me questioning whether the recommendations for improvement identified at that time have been fully addressed.

communication is terrible. consistency ridiculous. booked and rebooked my appointment 3 times in less than 24 hours without consulting me. assumed i have no life, were insulting. ‘focus.empathy’impute’. they dont know the meaning of the word empathy, jerkoffs.
ADHD 360 gave me a mixed experience, but overall I was able to get my diagnosis without too much of a slog.
The assessment itself was excellent. The assessor was relaxed, compassionate, and clearly very in tune with the needs of neurodivergent people. I couldn’t fault her delivery. She made the process feel calm and supportive, which matters a lot when you’re discussing things that can already feel difficult to explain.
The more challenging part was the admin side before the assessment. It took me around four months to build up the energy to repeat information I had already given to my GP. I submitted extensive self-reports, including summaries of my school reports from primary school through to the end of secondary school, and I was very grateful that my mum had kept those records because otherwise I would have struggled to answer many of the questions about my childhood behaviour.
I understand why ADHD 360 uses a portal and structured pre-assessment system, as it clearly helps them filter and organise referrals, but for people with ADHD that amount of admin can feel extremely demanding. It may well put off some people who genuinely need an assessment. The portal itself is a good idea, but some of the sections and data fields could do with clearer explanation.
For me, one of the hardest parts was having to write down symptoms in detail. That is not always easy when recall itself is part of the difficulty, and when it can be hard to think of specific examples on the spot. I only found this manageable because I had already been keeping notes on my symptoms for about a year.
I also felt that if I had not spent the last couple of years researching ADHD and ASD, I might have struggled more during the assessment itself. Because I already understood a lot about what they were looking for, I was able to give relevant real-life examples more easily. Without that background knowledge, I think some of the questions may have been harder to interpret and apply to everyday life.
Overall, I found the clinical side of ADHD 360 strong, especially the quality and compassion of the assessor. My main criticism is that the pre-assessment admin feels heavier than it needs to be for the very people it is designed to help. A simple initial conversation, rather than requiring so much repeated written information through the portal, would probably make the process more accessible.
