I wrote to Primrose to ask about an earring my sister wanted that they no longer had available on their website. They responded quickly that they had enough materials to make it for me specially. I was delighted. I took advantage of their 3 for 2 offer and ordered a few pieces. I was concerned about them arriving on time for my sister's birthday during the Black Friday rush and again the Primrose team were responsive and expedited dispatch. The earrings arrived on time, beautifully presented, sparkling in their box, with a surprise gift included. Unique, lovely jewellery with great customer service.

I have relied on Heron Financial for several years now, from initially getting a mortgage to remortgaging when needed. Megan and Robyn have been consistently professional, helpful and responsive, providing clear explanations and making things as smooth as possible during what can be a complex process.

Kevan was very helpful when onboarding me to Community Fibre and I didn't have to wait / queue when calling.

The installation was done efficiently and neatly. Internet is rapid and meets expectations.

Since I can't seem to respond directly to Community Fibre's reply below, I'm writing it here:

As feedback to Community Fibre and whoever is running this initiative, I think it's very cheeky of you to rack up positive reviews this way. You are essentially emotionally blackmailing customers by saying that the customer service representative depends on us giving them positive reviews in order for them to be recognised in their work and gain career advancement.

When looking at Trustpilot to see people's experiences with Community Fibre, I found it very hard to actually see what their experience of the broadband service was like, because there were so many reviews about the installation / set up process.

I found this frustrating and it gave me a negative impression of Community Fibre.

This is cheating the Trustpilot system and Community Fibre should find a better way to get feedback on individuals' customer service, via private surveys, like other companies do.

Essentially I can no longer trust Trustpilot ratings and am not impressed with Community Fibre either.
