Absolutely useless
I have now spent a month trying to set up a joint account with my wife. Despite multiple attempts it keeps saying something has gone wrong. I have spent so much time on call and on chats and still no luck. I have tried multiple devices aswell. We are both with Lloyds. We then decided to go into branch Ipswich and they had no availability for an appointment. We were promised a call back but nothing all week. I am disabled and going to town isn't always possible. It was easier when a branch was round the corner. Moved back to Lloyds after being put with tsb in the split. Really regretting my decision to rejoin.
