complete fraud! they put very low pricing on their website. but once you enter your credit card details they charge the double of the amount that what you have booked for! I will report to the police!

Worldpay owes m 72.000 GBP - first they kept the money for 8 months without paying out. then they gave fake information to the police which caused a police investigation for another 9 months. I was then cleared of all fake Worldpay allegations in court on the the 5th January. however they still do not pay! when I call worldpay hotline I get to speak to Filipino call center which claims that they dont have any account in business name or with my customer ID. by email worldpay / fisglobal stopped responding to me. they do not even respect a court order to RETURN MY FUNDS TO ME!

UPDATE: THE POLICE UNIT FOR ORGANIZED CRIME NWROCU made contact with Worldpay and even now their response is that they cant give a date when the funds are going to be paid out! what a joke they really think they are above the law. I guess they are going to file for insolvency any time soon thats why they cant payout anymore!

Fisglobal / Worldpay have scammed me for $150000. I am seeking legal help now as other companies are doing and I suggest if they stole money from you. you should contact the law firms already taking action against them! so they will be taken down by police forces eventually when more plaintiffs come out!

Firefly Trading's suit alleges that between 2013 and 2018, it and the other companies signed merchant agreements for Worldpay to run card transactions, and agreed to put up cash to be held by the payment processor to ensure they fulfilled their obligations to customers. They want to recoup up to $5.4 million.

A separate lawsuit against Worldpay is being led by Python Media Ltd.

Worldpay declined to comment. Representatives for the other participants did not immediately respond to requests for comment Monday.

Firefly Trading and the companies that are part of that lawsuit are represented by Reed Smith LLP.

Worldpay is represented by Andrew Sutcliffe QC and Anthony Pavlovich of 3VB instructed by Dentons UK & Middle East LLP.

The case are Firefly Trading International Ltd. and others v. Worldpay (UK) Ltd. and others, case number CL-2020-000255, in the High Court of Justice of England and Wales, and Python Media Ltd. and others v. Worldpay (UK) Ltd. and others, case numbers CL-2020-000238, in the High Court of Justice of England and Wales.

this is exactly your practice. same as all your fake reviews. if people go back 6-7 pages only negative reports of customers you have scammed!
you just copy paste your message about complaint but nothing ever happens!

Be careful they wont payout your money!

Careful they put payouts on hold and will never payout! I had a 120 days hold and even after 150 days they are still not paying out. I call and get weird answers from customer support saying they are going to pay but dont know when! I have contacted the cybercrime division of Scotland Yard. Don't process payments with them you will never see your money! they stole 74.000 GBP from me

it has been weeks the person in charge of this payout case did not reply to any of my emails! on the phone I am being told you will pay but dont know when? I have already contacted the police! you are fraudster

update on the 5th of may: Fisglobal / worldpay haven't been replying to my emails since 1 months now! payout was supposed to be on the 17th of march. I have called the hotline and they say that they cannot find my account! THEY HAVE JUST SCAMMED ME FOR $90000 AND DELETED ALL ACCOUNT DETAILS!

update of the 6th of may: called again Fisglobal and reached their customer support. They are not located in the UK but in Manila Philippines. The woman does not understand anything of what I am saying. After 40 min she found the account and wanted to verify my bank details. I gave her my details she said they are not matching and she cant give me any info regarding my account. Looks like Worldpay just changed the account number and took all my funds.
Phone numbers on the emails they send are invalid. when I call the hotline they tell me most times to call corporate services and give me also another phone number which is NOT VALID.

update on them scammers! they are not restoring accounts!

stay away they block your email. I cant access my email anymore it says that the account was disabled! now I cant login to my social media account because I cant access the email on protonmail in order to receive my pin. this is crazy! stay away!

100.000 USD in payout on hold! They ask me to reveal my bank passwords

Been a worldpay customer since 2019.
Had a spike in sales and they have blocked my payouts. We are talking about 100.000 USD
We a are UK business and since we mostly bill US cards we have a high number of declines related to the card issuer bank security system.
This has led worldpay to freeze payouts since almost 3 months!

In their review process they ask us to reveal our banking password and connect their app to our bank account! I am in the online business since the year 2000 and have dealt with several payment processors and never have come across such a request in my life! After the dreadful reviews I will definitely NOT consider sharing my bank password and I believe a business asking you to do so is not legit at all.

After my research many merchants saw their payouts blocked for 120 days and then when they asked for their money they were told: WE (worldpay!) are going to hold your money indefinitely!
So for who did fulfill the order of the customer was it me or worldpay?

Lately a few payment processors have disappeared such as paymill, klik and pay, cyber services SA, Wirecard have seen their licenses supspended, criminal investigations and fraudulent bankruptcy.

If I would have read the reviews here I wouldn’t have processed one single transaction with worldpay.

update: your complaint team just sends out copy pastes of their terms! and does not give any individual replies! fact is that you are already holding payments since 1st of September and now you want to drag me around for another 120 days, which is unacceptable especially during covid times. I have provided my clients with the services they paid for and now there is no money to pay my staff and not even the HRMC tax authority!

Dont waste your time with payop

Dont waste your time with payop. Completely unprofessional!
I had all my business documents and projects verified and accepted. Spend 1 day programming my websites to checkout with payop. Did add 2 more websites to the account. Today I found an email that they are going to terminate the cooperation! Without any explanation! Plus 5 more emails that my previously verified projects are being denied! Not logic at all. Why verify and accept and then 4 days later decline. Looks like you need to take your chances with their unprofessional staff and their individual moods to get accepted or declined! Stay away and dont waste your time with them. Better go with a trusted provider. If they fool you like this it will even be worse once you accepted payments. Guess you will then only see your money if the support agent feels like it…

scammers who did robb me for my money! their attorney in Geneva assured me that I will be refunded but nothing happened! their Dubai scam office is not replying to any emails. I have notified Dubai police. I recommend anyone who has been robbed by these scammers to contact the Dubai police department online!
