Stopped communicating and refuse to fix my elderly parents Maytag washing machine

My elderly parents have a warranty with this company and they have been without their Maytag washer since the end of August. They have stopped communicating with my father and him and my mom have had to go to the laundromat every week. This is beyond ridiculous. We have already reported them to the BBB and the Florida Attorney General is next.

My parents have received their payment from Centricity. Centricity has fulfilled their commitment.

After carefully reviewing the customer's complaint, we understand their situation and have processed a cash settlement of $528 to honor the service contract. Additionally, we have included a laundry reimbursement of $50 to assist with the expenses they incurred while washing their clothing at a laundromat. We truly appreciate their patience throughout this process.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed a preorder and did not get any notification that the order had shipped. I contacted customer support (which you can only do via email) and they told me the order had been delivered and gave me a tracking number. I tracked the order and it had been delivered to the wrong address. This was 5 days later and I had no way of retrieving the order. I contacted the shipping company and they admitted they delivered to the wrong address and told me to contact Comfrt for resolution. I have gone back and forth with Comfrt customer service and have gotten the run around. I sent them the chat messages from the shipping company confirming they had misdelivered the items. I want a refund or some resolution and so far Comfrt has provided none.

Worst customer service ever!…

My order was supposed to be delivered in a certain time frame. For 10 days the status read in production. I never received any communication that my order was delayed. Three times I contacted customer service and ask them status and they said that as soon as possible they would ship out my order and give that note to production. Three times I ask for an ETA. They couldn’t commit to one. Their customer service is horrible.
