I was given a 2hr slot and could then track the drivers progress and be at the door when he arrived. Perfect.
Second delivery from this company in the space of two days and both times 5 star service.
No more “We were unable to deliver your item” messages that are a constant with another delivery company especially irritating when one is at home at the time.

AVOID
Paid 90 to convert a document then cancelled account but still charged £29.00 a month for 2 months till they eventually cancelled after contacting customer services.
The conversion didn’t even work and I found I could just convert the file using my iphone
Update. After contacting my credit card company I’ve had all subscriptions refunded

Very helpful and patient in dealing with my request to change the date on one of my tickets. Almost immediate reply and solutions explained in detail and then implemented immediately.

They don’t ‘flicker’ like other brands but look nice in my outdoor lanterns ( doesn’t state in instructions for outdoor use but have been out all over Christmas)
The remote and timer is great so you don’t have to turn them off individually.
