Failed to dispatch my item 25 days after saying it was awaiting pickup. Agreed to cancel my order and refund but no refund has arrived (despite follow up) and they are now ignoring messages while I file a fraud case with the credit card company.

Such a fantasic company. Super-fast turnaround, high quality and fairly-priced products. I've used them three times now. It's just before Christmas and I have my parcel two days after placing my order.

I'm having the same problem as others on here. I ordered on the 4th Dec. The 'tracking info' attached to my invoice takes me to someone else's pet supplies. Customer service aren't being responsive apart from an initial presumed generic response that the warehouse will respond within 48h. They did not respond. Customer email is not responding to my follow up. How disappointing.

I was just browsing for ideas when I went into Dazzle Diamonds. Jaleel took me through the process of figuring out what I like - he showed me the different styles and settings, and a wide variety of diamonds, sapphires, rubies and emeralds to to decide what type, size, and cut I most prefer. He designed my ring through this process, custom made exactly to my preferences. Fantastic experience.

I bought a desk and a chair. Both are flimsy and I doubt they'll last long. We've already had to glue together two legs of the desk after my 6yo sat on it briefly once - Yes I know it's not meant to be sat on but he's tiny and there has to be some tolerance in the build. Furniture not built to last. Customer services were also very unhelpful when a small fault arose with a leg before this happened. Slow, and ultimately futile.
