I placed an order at the end of December 2025, and after two months, I still haven't received the item, its tracking number, or any updates. I suspect I might have fallen for a scam.

First of all I placed my order on 20th January and still awaiting my bracelet. And to let you know I live in Latvia which is not THAT FAR from Germany and I know for a fact such delivery especially through dhl cannot take more than a week. As many other people I didn’t have ANY tracking, not on the dhl website not on the official shop website. Even more, when I was trying to search my order number on the website it said it didn’t even exist. With all that I contacted lumiere through email support and they claimed that everything is is great, my order is on the way, and oh well, tracking doesn’t work outside of the Germany for international shipping which is even weirder to me since it doesn’t make any sense. Luckily I made purchase through PayPal and requested refund by opening a case and that when they began to actively texting me asking to not escalate it to paypal. They asked to give this delivery 7 days and if I won’t get my order they will send a new one. However they still didn’t provide ANY proofs that this delivery was actually placed in the first place. That’s why I highly believe it’s a scam and I will ask my money being returned not a new product with new scam delivery 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
I ordered a onesie for myself through their website, I got a tracking number the next day and thought nothing of it, I check on it once roughly every few days and the shipping label was stuck on "Order processed by shipper". It stayed like that for over 3.5 weeks which by that point when I started gathering evidence to file the chargeback through my bank I noticed the website for the shop got shut down and now the page just shows "This shop is not available". So at this point I submitted what I had for a chargeback for non-delivery. Do not order from these people, they take your money and then ghost you.
Ich habe bei Lumière Couture eine Kette bestellt. Die Lieferung war zwar schnell, aber der Artikel war bereits bei Erhalt beschädigt (ein Glied war gebrochen). Ich habe den Verkäufer direkt kontaktiert und um Ersatz oder Rückerstattung gebeten. Dies wurde abgelehnt, stattdessen wurde mir angeboten, den Artikel auf eigene Kosten reparieren zu lassen.
Der Kundenservice war für mich sehr enttäuschend. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung würde ich dort nicht erneut bestellen.
Onderdeel van Lumiere Couture DE, iets besteld netjes in originele verpakking teruggestuurd en nog steeds wachtend op mijn geld!
Ze adverteren enorm maar antwoorden op e-mails ho maar.
De reactie wat ik kreeg begin dec: We hebben het druk ....... Dit is geen manier van zaken doen en voel me zwaar opgelicht.
Zaak ligt nu bij de creditcard maatschappij.
The bracelet is of excellent quality and arrived after 3 days. I will order again.
Failed to dispatch my item 25 days after saying it was awaiting pickup. Agreed to cancel my order and refund but no refund has arrived (despite follow up) and they are now ignoring messages while I file a fraud case with the credit card company.
Like the other reviews on here my order has not been delivered. There is no way to track it and they are not answering emails.
I ordered from these people at the start of December. As at today, no sign of any goods and no status updates on shipping., Poor customer service and I would definitely suggest AVOIDING these people.
Do not use. Ordered item over 3 weeks ago. No sign of item being delivered, tracking not been updated since ‘processing’ on 13th October and now no record of the order on their website.
Zero response via social media or contact request.
Phone number on their website is also not in use.
I ordered 2 onesies, 1 was correct but the other was the wrong colour and wrong size. Initially they replied to my email and said they’d rectify their mistake but over a month has gone by and they are now ignoring all my emails.
I’ve also noticed they don’t post any negative reviews on their website
I ordered 4 hoodies after seeing an advert on social media. I did some research and the site looked ok. I emailed about a discount code not working when you ordered 4 products and received a response really quickly. Hoodies came a few weeks later and all looked fine after inital checks. However I've now looked closer and have noticed I've been sent the wrong size of 1 hoodie. The bag says M however the actual tag on the hoodie says L. I've been emailing for a week and half with no response. I've left comments on social media as well and filled in online contact form but no reply.
