So frustrating that you can’t speak to anyone

So frustrating that you can’t speak to a human being when you can see on the tracking that your order hasn’t arrived at the delivery depot and only after several emails and days did I get a response. It was acknowledged that the first shipment hadn’t gone and then on the second shipment it was still a day later than promised on the express delivery. Good job the bathroom fitters were understanding. Goods ordered 3/12 and we received them 17/12. I must also add that we have used Victorian plumbing before and not had this issue

Cotton traders got the parcel to Hermes quickly, unfortunately Hermes still haven’t delivered one week after receiving it from you. ☹️

Hello Anne,

I was so sorry to read of this and contacted Hermes to request an update on the original parcel.

Based on their response we have actioned for a replacement to be sent under separate cover for delivery within the next few days.

I have also refunded the outgoing postage back to the original payment card due to the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
