When googling trust pilot, Quite a few users claim it is expensive to use for the extra reviews purchased, Personaly I dont know.

Good Company, Though you have to wait for labels. Any sales that happen from Friday to Sunday, Cant be collected till Tuesday. It takes monday to get labels.
Some of the competition sends labels straight away.
ie book on Sunday for a Monday collection. another ie. Some have Book for collection b4 12pm and collection is same day. for couriers please and others. ie book for collection b4 12pm on a monday and pick up is later that same day.

Looking after customers, keeps them. purchased a plugin, Downloaded it and it works fine. Couple of weeks later the plugin was updated. The link to the updated plugin, downloads a completely different plugin. As they have blocked all possible ways of contacting them. There is no way to let them know.
And so have gone elsewhere. Hello, 1st contact was good. As there is no way to do a 2nd contact. Its a goodbye from me. We all are apart of a team. When team members are uncontactable they get replaced with those that are contactable.

3 years a user. And a Happy Customer. Any occasional issue has always been resolved promptly.
