This is the worst company I have ever experienced! Their customer service is non-existent. I signed a contract with monthly payments. They charged the full sum, called me up and said they made a mistake in charging the full sum. Few weeks later, I got a letter from their lawyer threatening with court! After 6 months with my own lawyer representing me, they still cannot resolve the matter, eventhough it is blatantly clear they made a mistake! They are impossible to communicate with, and they are clueless. I recommend never to get anywhere near that company, it is an extremely stressful and outright awful experience!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have tried to repair my washing machine now for a couple of weeks. Every time I call to ask, I get a different answer. First I was told, it was finalized, just waiting to get authorization to be returned. When I called again to ask, why it wasn't returned since it was apparently repaired, I was told, it wasn't repaired yet. I referred to the previous message I got, and I was told, they had no idea why I told any such thing! I get the feeling they just make up random replies as they go along! Their customer service is a complete disgrace!!!!
