We travelled from Inverness to Glasgow on a double decker bus which was a very uncomfortable journey. The whole bus seemed to shake and creak and the sky-lights in the roof and emergency exits banged and creaked with every bump. These noises were extremely annoying to people who are sensitive to noise.
Our return journey wasn’t much better. There was snow on the road and the bus was freezing. My husband asked the driver to switch on the heating and he said he couldn’t as it was broken. All the passengers were absolutely frozen for the 4 hour duration and this was not good enough. We will be very loathed to travel with Citylink again.

Welcomed as soon as we went into the store. Assistant didn’t rush us and let us try lots of samples. She was so friendly and helpful. Great experience and I love my new perfume Midnight. I spun the tombola wheel and was lucky to win a 50 ml perfume.

We were absolutely delighted with the holiday Aimee at Murray Travel booked for us. We were given a few options to choose from and we decided to opt for the river cruise as we had never experienced this kind of trip before. From the first time we met Aimee, right through to our return, we were very impressed with the quality of service offered. I usually book all our holidays abroad which can be quite stressful making sure everything goes well, on this occasion Aimee found and booked the holiday, confirmed all travel and accommodation and even checked us in 24 hours before our departure time. We collected our documents and special travel tags for our luggage which meant our cases would have been tracked if they’d gone missing and we had no concerns about our itinerary as it was all confirmed and booked through Murray Travel. Now that we’re home we’ve already gone back to see Aimee today to see where our next adventure will take us. We highly recommend Murray Travel in Forres, all the staff are very welcoming and friendly.

We are absolutely delighted with the service we received from both Paul and Andy in the Tapi Elgin store. They are always very helpful and professional and give us great advice. We had our kitchen flooring and hall and stairway carpeted and are delighted with the expertise of the carpet fitter. We always ask for Keith to fit our carpets. We would highly recommend him.

Flowers delivered on time but recipient extremely disappointed with quality of roses which were all dead the next day. I ordered a larger bouquet, I would not have said quantity of flowers would have been described as large bouquet. I did not see the flowers till day 5 as they were a gift for my sister who was ill . I immediately contacted the company and was told I needed to complain within 3 days. I explained the recipient did not want to complain as they had been a gift but that didn’t make any difference. They obviously have a standard reply as I received it for both my emails. I asked for a replacement or refund but now they are ignoring my emails and I cannot contact them by telephone, it just goes to answerphone. DO NOT waste your money buying from this company. Their customer service and after care is non existent.

Excellent service at the Elgin branch, staff exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Christina, Charlie & Martyn have all advised me over the last few days. Would highly recommend this branch.

We have travelled with Jet2 a number of times and have always been very pleased with the service we received. Staff helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Flights usually on time and sometimes even early.

My policy renewal was dealt with professionally. I was disappointed the prices had gone up each time I went back in but was told this was due to the market being ‘live’ and they couldn’t hold prices. £500 increase for same policy was too much. I wanted to stay with All Clear so went for lower cover option with excess waiver charge which did help to reduce premium.

Staff very friendly and helpful on the Stornoway ferry but I was very disappointed with the lack of food choices for those who are diagnosed with a gluten intolerance. Please could those people preparing the menus add in other options for coeliacs.

Really pleased with service in Inverness store. I was served by Sirena who was exceptionally pleasant and very helpful. Also served at the tills by Kris who handled my exchange well. Michael, the manager, agreed to honour my purchase price when the correct size of trousers came in to store and he kept me informed via email. I also spoke to Giles a couple of times regarding the quality of the trousers and he was very informative. All in all, it was great to deal with Michael and his well trained staff.

Very thorough examination and everything was explained clearly. Brilliant service.
