Very poor quality—definitely stay away…

Very poor quality—definitely stay away if you’re expecting something nice or even decently made. It’s not worth the money at all. I contacted them to request a return and refund, but 10 days later I still haven’t received any response. It feels like they’re completely ignoring me..

Don’t bother ordering from this company…

Don’t bother ordering from this company if you’re relying on getting your items on time. My order has been delayed for 10 days and I still haven’t received it. To make matters worse, the refund process takes another 10 days. Really disappointing experience..

I ordered a nightdress for my partner

I ordered a nightdress for my partner, but the company sent me the wrong item. I contacted them immediately, and they offered only two options:

1. Keep the incorrect item and receive a 20% coupon, or
2. Return it in order to receive the correct product.

I find this unacceptable. The mistake was theirs, yet they expect me to deal with the inconvenience and cost of returning the item.

I will be opening a dispute with my bank to recover the £150 I paid.

In my experience, I would advise others to stay away!

I have bought the new paddle 10.8 from…

I have bought the new paddle 10.8 from 2025 and the quality is only going down as I have another two from previous years and they are much more durable then the new one. This new model comes with one fin and is much lighter so not durable in water. The middle paddle stick bend in the first day of use. I have contact them and they are replacing it with new one and they believe the issue will not repeat? As I asked for a better one. Sadly I can't return the whole think!

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. They messed up our kitchen sent it to wrong address and they blamed our kitchen fitter. On top of that they terminated his account and we couldn't finish the kitchen. Stay away

I do not recommend this DNA company.
I went only to buy Kit only then I was charged for subscriptions. Which you can't be refunded. Stay away from this scammers, if you don't want to feel ripped off! Customers servise is poor. No one replays to emails just ignorance.

Please note that the trial subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of the trial period, unless it will be canceled beforehand. It is possible to cancel the subscription at any point, before the subscription expires.

We do of course inform about this in the email sent with the DNA kit purchase confirmation email notification we send, when you purchase the DNA kit.

We do offer a grace period of 30 days, and will of course be happy to refund you your payment. I would be more than happy to assist and follow up. Do not buy anything from this scam bags. You won't be able to return or specify a problem with the item they just won't have it.
Item delivered with damages on the box and when we want to return they claim we damaged the box. unbelievable I do not recommend!!

They checked every single passenger for their cabin bag size. Every 3rd person they have marde.them to pay at the boarding.The bag I have used several times to fly to Milan, gran canaria ,Spain , Bulgaria this time did not pass. The wheels did not fit the check pont. I do not get it they must be short of money and they now Racketeering passengers. You easyJet are Phatetic

Absolutely joke!
I ordered shorts but they have sent me trousers. After the mistake they done now they ask me to send the item back for my own cost.
They don’t sent return label!
Also the quality is poor!
I don’t recommend !!!

I'm really sorry that you received an incorrect item. We did arrange for a courier to come to your house to swap the trousers for the correct item, with no charge. We did ask you which day would be best/convenient for the item to be swapped and arranged it on the day that you asked for, however when the courier arrived at your address you were not there.
If you would like to return the trousers, we would be more than happy to issue refund for you or send you the shorts.

After I found out that I have to send the sample my self I asked to cancel my order. But there is no chance. So they decided to keep my money. Absolutely rip off. I would suggest you to look somewhere!

I have placed an order for medicine an realises that is wrong one contacted the customer support straight after I ordered. Instead arrogance appeared and I have been told that the item has already left their warehouse. That didn’t not make a sense they was so desperate for my £30 quit that they did not want to cancel my order.

Awful customer service! At the very first visit to the club in…

At the very first visit to the club in Canterbury Kent this evening, the desire to become a member disappeared. first of all, during registration, I received a long pincode, which when I enter did not let me in.
I pressed the emergency and after 5 min a lady come down. I had explained what happened but the lady said I’m not gonna let you in, unless I see that it's for the gym in Sturry. At the same time my phone battery was nearly down. So I said I have chosen Sturry in Canterbury, I showed my pin code and confirmation email as well as my bank transaction! instead she decided that I’m having a go with her and said I’m not gonna let you in, because by showing her the evidence she decided that I’m rude.She clearly didn’t know how to speak to clients. So I needed to beg her to let me in. After she let me in, she did not try to show me around so I needed to ask clients where are the dressing rooms. Awful attitude!! On the way out I asked for her name and she said, why do you need my name, i already told my boss how rude you are and won’t let you out she said. Now I hope the same boss reads this and teach Jodie how to speak with clients!

Avoid if you can.
They can’t take information properly they don’t listen. Courtesy car not delivered on time not only that they delivered Manual car when we asked for automatic. They won’t apologise but instead ignorance and rudeness.
And because I wasn’t happy they closed the file down.

Terrible servise from flo gas

Terrible servise from flo gas, placing order week ago and still no confirmation received they just taking their time and will deliver two weeks later. I’m not going to use them any more. Also waiting time on the phone is one hour. Don’t waste your time !
