So I said I have chosen Sturry in Canterbury, I showed my pin code and confirmation email as well as my bank transaction! instead she decided that I’m having a go with her and said I’m not gonna let you in, because by showing her the evidence she decided that I’m rude.She clearly didn’t know how to speak to clients. So I needed to beg her to let me in. After she let me in, she did not try to show me around so I needed to ask clients where are the dressing rooms. Awful attitude!! On the way out I asked for her name and she said, why do you need my name, i already told my boss how rude you are and won’t let you out she said. Now I hope the same boss reads this and teach Jodie how to speak with clients!
