Great clean and easy to use - although quite heavy. The reason for 3 stars is that I need to replace a small piece that was dropped and damaged. Shark will only cover genuine parts - but they do not have spares available for me to buy for this model. So I cannot replace the small piece. This contrasts to Vax (who my daughter googled). They have spares for everything!
I contacted customer service who stated the above, but were otherwise unhelpful.
In hindsight I wish I had bought from Vax

My journey with Homeserve has not been easy, but eventually everything has been sorted out! Enormous thanks to James - excellent technician! He has been consistently friendly and professional at each visit - things only went wrong when another technician was sent instead of him. There is much to be said for having one person see through one job.
Thanks to James knowledge the problem was quickly sorted out and now the bed is safe - and it opens and closes easily!! I would be very happy to use Homeserve again - as long as all the technicians are as competent as James!

Really disappointed with Homeserve.
I have a Benson's for Beds ottoman where the hydraulic failed and bracket broke - in January.
Technician assessed and ordered parts under warranty as bed only 6 months old. Returned to fit parts - only half arrived. He put on what arrived and ordered again . Unfortunately the next technician removed the good parts, refitted one of the potentially faulty and put only one bracket on the bed.
Since then I have not been able to get anyone ( preferably first technician) to correct the error.
Homeserve supposedly guarantee parts and labour for 12 months - but when I call I am advised that they have to get authorisation from Benson's to correct Homeserve error!
Customer service apologise but totally ineffective. Poor communication and feedback. Really disappointed.
Eventually sorted!!!

Excellent service from Halo. Every member of staff that I spoke to was friendly and courteous. My car was returned within the time frame promised. Communication throughout has been excellent. Very professional service.
Special mention to Josh who collected my car and returned it - he explained how the service worked, what to expect and when. Very polite and an excellent ambassador for the company. Thank you

I have now bought 2 for my teenage children. Lovely and warm - they do not sleep in them as too warm for that. Very soft.
All orders arrived when indicated - if not a little earlier that they advised.

So comfortable! I am sleeping better than I have for a long time. I was worried that it would be too hot - but relieved that I can always find a cool area. I look forward to getting into bed
