Booked through booking.com. Booking for 3pm, I was there at 1pm. Booking could not be modified on booking.com. I had to wait until 3 to get served, because I booked through third party. Had I booked through them directly they would have assisted they said. I then waited 2 hr to draw a ticket to wait another hour and a half to get served. I paid my booking but at the counter I was asked to pay an additional twice the amount of which I will get a pittance back, called deposit, to me that is theft. While in the queue I was forewarned by other upset customers. Never never again.

All works until something goes wrong. No backup service, no way to contact them. Would use for accommodation but never use for car rental again. Booking App not created for other third party bookings No due diligence when registering third parties. For users to pay up and sort their issues.
