So my first time ever making a black drop or doing a backdrop I have to say the customer service is outstanding. I made a mistake on the sizing and the person resized it for me automatically and did email me as well so 100% five stars for customer service where I feel they’re lacking is in the quality of the print itself The ink absorbed into the material and is a lot lighter in color than I would’ve expected. I would almost wish that they offer a vinyl backdrop verse a material like cotton backdrop. Other than that, I would definitely recommend them. Maybe I did something wrong, but I’m just a little disappointed in the overall print itself.

So I’ve had some issues with the ornaments that we bought. They had some flaws and blemishes on them. I contacted customer service immediately and they resolve the issue extremely fast. I’ve had other issues in the past where it was a bit of a fight with some customer service agents maybe they just weren’t understanding or I wasn’t explaining good enough But overall, I am very satisfied with customer service and my experiences with balsam Hill. My family loves the products not everything is perfect but overall of it.

Absolutely amazing products I would say world winning Christmas trees hands down product is well-made to detail worth every single penny. Customer service is usually very quick to respond to your emails and answer your questions. Definitely recommend considering buying products from this company.
