Be careful — hidden subscription added during checkout
I booked a flight through eDreams and they automatically added a £79.99 “Prime” subscription during checkout without making it clear. I did not knowingly subscribe. The charge appeared immediately, and I had to cancel the subscription both through the eDreams app and my bank.

Concerns despite live draws


Concerns despite live draws

The company does Facebook live draws and states they use a random number generator, however I personally have never seen my name appear on the winners list despite entering multiple competitions.

I’ve also noticed repeated wins by the same entrant across different draws within a short period, which feels unusual. While live draws are shown, there isn’t enough detail or independent verification to fully reassure me as a customer.

More transparency around entry lists, winner verification, and clearer draw processes would help build trust.

Hope you're well? I appreciate you may not have seen your name on a live draw but please consider the following.

Many of our competitions have hundreds of thousands of entries where people have the chance to win for just a few pence. Unless you are a few numbers either side of the winner you are unlikely to see it as I simply DO NOT scroll the entire sheet in order to ensure fast and efficient draws.

We post and publically display all entry lists prior to the draw being conducted so you can watch this.

We verify all winners before allocating the prize confirming indeed genuine names/address and ID collated. We retain this for audit trail and is available for the ASA at anytime to show we are administering draws correctly.

Repeat winners happen, as they do on every single site. We can't control it. We had someone win a car last night who won a car earlier in the week too. Last week I had someone win £2,500 and immediately win £20,000 straight after honestly it's all luck at the end of the day and who wouldn't want to be those people.

Nothing is suspicious, nothing is untoward. We are upfront, legitimate and will always deal with complaints head on. So I do hope your concerns are addressed.

Uber Eats claims their minimum fare per…

Uber Eats claims their minimum fare per delivery is £3, yet I was paid £3.20 for 2 deliveries — that’s £1.60 each. 😡

Support refused to fix it. This is theft from hardworking riders. Don’t waste your time delivering for them — they won’t pay what they promise, and their “support” is useless.

If you value your time and effort, stay far away from Uber Eats. Riders deserve fair pay, but Uber clearly doesn’t care.

💸 Hard work = pennies.

Uber Eats claims their minimum fare per delivery is £3, yet I was paid £3.20 for 2 deliveries — that’s £1.60 each. 😡

’ve been playing Click Competitions for…

’ve been playing Click Competitions for quite a long time, but unfortunately, I haven’t had any luck winning so far. In one of the recent draws, my number was very close to the winning number, but I couldn’t find my name listed anywhere. It made me wonder if all participants’ names are actually shown on the results list.
I do enjoy the excitement of taking part, but I would really appreciate a bit more transparency and reassurance that all entries are properly included. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve trust and confidence for all players

I have never seen my name on the list and I have emailed them to ask about it I didn’t get any reply from them I don’t think they have customer service

Thanks for the review, I'd like to help you out here. I cannot seem to find any email/Facebook message from yourself in regards to the above. I've send a request for your details so we can trace this.

Click Competitions has been around since before June 2020. Every name is 100% guaranteed to be on the spreadsheets if you have your ticket confirmation emails and/or they're in your account. So rest assured any draws entered you was without doubt, included.
