Identified source of replacement tyre - KwikFit.
Led me to KwikFit Brentford and ensured they were able to fix my problem.

Promised to ring back at 5 pm.
Did not ring back at 5.pm when promised.
Rang back after 7pm when I had gone out.
The next morning I got a message telling me my 3 week booking was cancelled

I purchased a used Audi Q2 today from West london Audi.
The salesman was Thomas Whyte. From beginning to end he was highly efficient, professional and reassuring. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the cars he was advising on, the pros and cons of the different models in so far as they would meet our needs. He didn’t oversell any particular car but we felt he took care to help us to choose the right one for us.
He was clearly on top of all aspects of the admin requirements and helped me to negotiate all the paperwork and legalities. His explanations were very precise and he made sure that I understood what he was telling me.
The whole experience was a pleasure instead of a hassle and Thomas was a pleasure to do business with. He went out of his way to make us feel the whole process went as smoothly as possible.

I have used Dave Halpin/Gasworks for several years now for boiler installation, central heating maintenance & repairs as well as annual Gas Safety Certificates.

Parcel not delivered
Driver said he could not gain access - but there were 2 people in the property and the bell was working
Driver said he left it in a safe place - on the front porch, but we went out of the front door soon after the stated time of delivery and there was nothing on the front porch.
Driver said that he left a card, but no card was left.
We still don't know who sent the parcel.
