Joke Email Warmup Service

joke! literally a joke! their warmup service destroys your emails! it's better not to use that junk anyway! the developer has been notified from many people already that the practices for warming up the emails are very old school and do not work but it looks like he doesnt give a damn! for example, something as simple that a 12 year old can understand is that leaving a footer "Sent From Email Warmup Platform" is pretty easy to trigger spam and ruin your email account's reputation, but this guy just doesnt get it!!! let's see if he will wake up this time, put his "I know it all" ego aside, and actually remove the footer this time! I bet you he won't even bother.

Scam

They basically scammed people by selling a bunch of lifetime access. They stopped development of the lifetime platform, and then created a new platform and started charging monthly. Now, you can't even add any IG profiles to their lifetime platform because of "TECHNICAL ISSUES (BS)". This company is a scam. I do not suggest signing up for their monthly platform.
It also looks like they have come up with a new brand and doing the same thing. another one exactly with the same look, they are pulling the same scam under a different brand. (I am not 100% sure about this, but I have heard from some people that it's the same people). be very careful with these shady companies.

Regarding Instagram, please note that Instagram accounts need to be business accounts and connected to a Facebook page in order to be added. This is a necessary step due to Instagram’s API requirements.

Waste of Time and Money

The leads in this platform are not real. I had contacted over 15 leads. 10 of them did not pick up the phone (multiple attempts to call. no Voice greeting on any of them). 1 picked up and was the wrong number. 4 were not in service.

none of them responded to emails.

I contacted the support. They responded by sending me a link to "How to contact leads" page. Really?

even if any of the leads were real, They sell a lead to 5 contractors. none of the leads are even qualified for what they charge.

Don't waste your time and money on this thing.

We can assure you that all leads are screened by an automated system, and we have a credit return policy which covers any contact details which are not working. We feel this is the fairest system we can have as we are not a commission based system that guarantees work, and only provide contact details for enquiries placed with us.

We do appreciate that it can be frustrating when customers don't respond. We usually find this is because they have hired, or are considering hiring, another professional. We generally find that responding to the customers as and when they place their requests gives you the best chance of speaking to them when they are available and before they have hired anyone.

Their sales call starts with a lie

Their sales call starts with a lie. It most likely ends with a lie.
They called me asking about my business and services making me think it's a customer at first, then she says "my manager told me to call you, don't worry this is not a sales call. I'm going to transfer you to her, she wants to have a word". Then the manager starts selling lol.
Come on! You think people will trust you like that?

Any how, the person goes on and on. Then, when I tell he about their negative reviews online, she says "we don't care about that". Here you go. Another negative review not to care about. Cheers.

One of the worst customer supports

One of the worst customer supports. and, their servers are so damn slow, that something you could create within 10 min ends up taking 30 min.
and here is the main problem... In their lifetime deal Ad, They say they do money back guarantee, right? haha yeah right! they don't even reply back. how are you going to get your money back? One of the worst startups I have seen in my life. Shame.

Plugins are not updated on time. POINTLESS SUPPORT TICKET SYSTEM.

Some of the plugins are not updated. and regardless how many support tickets you open up, there will be no answer. and next thing you know the support tickets keep disappearing. Also, even when you send email to their support email as the owner has mentioned in other review replies, they don't reply back. No satisfied at all.

one of the worst customer service…

one of the worst customer service experiences!
This company is just not worth it. the amount of headache you go through is just so exhausting! They do not have any support! and when you chat with them, it takes them 10 min to reply back for every message! I would have attached the screenshots of the chat here if there was an upload option here. Do not buy from them, Believe me, you are going to save yourself alot of headache.
