Total scam

Total scam, 13 months later and still haven't heard back from them. They still have the cheek to come up with offers to attract new customers all the time. Stay away!

Please stay away from this company

Please stay away from this company. It's been 13 months since I sent the sample and still awaiting qc. They ignore emails and there's no way of contacting them. Thankfully I paid with my credit card so I disputed the charge with the bank and got my money back. The worst part is that they say they have a huge backlog and apologise for the delay and they keep advertising offers to attract more customers. Total scam

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER

I am honestly speechless after reading the reviews. I have been a reebok customer for many years but since they moved operations to Netherlands this brand is basically a scam. I tried to buy a pair of trainers and when I confirmed the transaction the website crashed and asked me to try again. As I hadn't received a confirmation email I tried 3 times and still the same issue. I checked my online banking and I had been charged 3 times.
There's no customer service, they don't answer the phone nor emails. Thankfully I used my credit card so I have disputed the charge but I am so angry to see they are getting away with what they are doing which is very illegal. What a way to crash a reputable company into the ground.

Awful company that has gone downhill…

Awful company that has gone downhill since the name change. Takes months and months to get your claims paid and that's only if you chase them on a daily basis. The stress that this insurance has caused me is unbelievable. Will be moving to petplan.

If I could give a zero star review I would. What an absolute disgrace. The train service in a third world country is way better than this. Totally unreliable, always late or cancelled last minute,on strike, and filthy packed trains. But for some reason they feel they can increase the prices every year. I feel like I should be paid to use this disgraceful service

Avoid..

Avoid... 5 days after I placed the order they sent me an email saying one of the items was cancelled. Fine. It's now been 16 days and the remainder of the order I placed is yet to be seen. Awful delivery service and really poorly organisation.

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. I bought a new build therefore I couldn’t choose provider for the first couple of months and was left with Scottish power. It’s a one bed apartment for which I pay over £120/month in gas and electrics, this is crazy considering the property has been empty pretty much all the time. I switched to bulb and they keep sending me recalculated bills asking for more money. The correspondence that you get from them is also crazy, they averaged a letter every other day. I’ve had enough of them, just waiting for my switch to be completed and not hear from them ever again. Disgusting

Absolute scam

They made me order twice as the first order was ‘cancelled’ however they’ve taken the payment twice. this was 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. On the email it said that one of the orders was sent to my billing address and not the delivery address I gave them so if this was actually posted I never received it. I want my money back, no one replies to the emails and you can’t get through on the phone to speak to anyone. My order number is 1846430. I want a full refund and I won’t be using this company again.

I placed two orders as I got an email…

I placed two orders as I got an email saying that the first one was cancelled. Now I have 2 transactions charged to my credit card. This was last week and after paying for delivery which was meant to be today I still haven’t even received an email saying the order has been dispatched. emailed and no answer, tried to call and it always says all sales agents are busy. This is the 10th time I call and I’m on hold for 20 mins. Awful experience, please don’t buy from this shop.
