Menkind has made such a russ a bout me returning a broken light . The light stopped working properly within a day or so. I sent them the receipt, they were happy with that . Then the wanted proof by video or photos of the broken light and I emailed that too. Then they send me link for a returns. Up until then every was ok. I never got my refund , so I questioned through email, they said we haven’t got the item back. They want the tracking number . Well eventually I found it and emailed it across. . The item was still on its way.it was their chosen courier. I really couldn’t see why they wanted this faulty item back . Then I said can you send my refund now? Iv done everything you asked . The said oh we need the receipt, but I gave you the receipt. It’s in the first email. But we want a clearer one . I said it is clear , it was very clear had the order number, where it was purchased and how much, the time , the cashier, and doubled checked with family , yes everyone said it’s clear. So I zoom in a bit . They said the very bottom piece is not on it . I told them this is pass the joke now and they messing me about . I told them they are going on trust pilot now.
