I purchased this VPN after researching online.
Excellent customer communication, beautiful designed interface unfortunately the same cannot be said for the VPN. I purchased this for the purpose of watching horse racing when abroad. The VPN gets detected by all bookies web sites.
Perhaps I should have consulted them before buying Proton😅

Customer service pitiful

How on earth these people are allowed to trade? Customer service reachable only by chat, whom are helpless in most cases.Phone number nowhere to be found, no reply by email.
And this is supposed to be one of the biggest bookmaker?
Spent days trying to open an account, unsuccessfully

My parcel could have been stolen if I wouldn't attempt to track it. Lazy rushed delivery driver. In order to save 1 minute instead of knocking on the door (I was indoors) he left my parcel 50 feet away next to rubbish container.
No attempt made to knock on my door,no delivery text either..He took a picture of delivery proof (next to rubbish container). Brain dead driver,

Unreliable

Booked a trip from Exeter Honinton road to Bristol Airport. I was left standing at the bus stop in the cold for nearly 3 hours at the end I boarded a Megabus. Difficult coach tracking on their app, no information whatsoever sent to customers explaining what was happening.
The only thing that was great was the booking procedure and smoothness to grab your money.
Horrible experience, never again!
Should be stripped of the contract!
Pony Express would have done better job.

Promises fulfilled

I have been looking for an online butcher with:
Good meat
Competitive prices
Reliable
Honest
Prepared to please customers request.
Not easy especially I look for niche products,not commonly used in UK households, and I am a fussy one.
Farm2Table tick all the boxes.
Will definitely use again.

Charlatans

We have changed energy provider a year ago,we have smart meters yet we get estimated bills.We send meter reading monthly, being told they are too low,have to fill a new form to declare the actual reading and yet the following month back to bill estimate.Complained several times via their chat line which looks like Mick taking as nothing get done.Can someone tell me why they keep sending estimated bill when there is a smart meter? Charlatans and time wasters not fit to run the business!
Next step is a registered complaint letter asking compensation for my aggravations and Ombudsman complaint.

I was searching for a service.These goons make it look like they are the retailers you are looking for,when they are not.
When I realised they were the usual jerks looking to make a quick buck,
I did not complete the registration and yet they created an account without my consent and got flooded by their spam.

This number was on a monthly auto renewal, no contract.
The payment method was deleted and the account too, yet I was charged again( illegally). I spoke on the chat help line and I was told by Joe to do exactly what I did it before.
Account was deleted alright as I couldn't log in.Joe sent a code to use. I logged in and my payment method and account were still there although shouldn't have been anymore. I now re deleted again and open a dispute via my bank.
Crooked phone merchant and useless on top of that.
Utterly disgusting.

To clarify, we did not state that your number was on a contract plan your plan was indeed a monthly rolling bundle with auto-renewal enabled. The renewal charge occurred because the auto-renewal feature was active on your account at the time of renewal.

Please note that while a plan is active, the linked payment method cannot be deleted, as it’s required for renewal. Once auto-renewal is disabled and the plan expires, the payment details can then be removed.

You contacted us and your renewal was disabled from support side.

Don't get fooled by positive reviews

You get what you pay for,in this case even less.
Had these fools for few months and had nothing but problems.
Dodgy network when abroad.Useless app, website account page showing nothing and they charge you for renewal even when account is being deleted and stored payment removed.
Steer clear!

Not to be trusted

I booked ax holiday specifically for a hotel with parking and restaurant included.
The restaurant turned out to be a refectoir serving breakfast only.
The free self parking as described was a street parking most of the time congested.So I rented a car to be sitting still for a week otherwise I wouldn't be able to park again.
Huge deception and misrepresentation.
Deleted from my list for ever!

Shamble Online groceries

I don't understand why these people are running an online groceries delivery service when clearly are lugging behind other supermarkets.
Shopping continuously with missing items whilst these are displayed in stock . Charge shopping and they send the receipt a day later.No interaction with customer about missing items nor replacements.
For God sake why not check how others are operating instead of working with blinkers on!

Sneaky

I used Asda groceries delivery quite often until they had increased their delivery charges. After one year on checking I was surprised to find these dropped from £ 3.50 to £ 1.50 which is acceptable and in line with other supermarkets. I went to order again and.....woila' prices up to £ 3.50 again.
These people working in the office think to be clever.
They enticed me back after 1 year and soon after back to their tricks.These people consider themselves clever,but they are plain silly.
Let's face it I can get £ 2 delivery from Waitrose or £ 1 from Sainsbury's why would I pay £ 3.50 to shop with bottom league Asda?
Roll Back as your logo says!

Whant to get scammed?Get a Club Card

I was going to shop on line. I noticed the price of the wines was reasonable compared to the competition. Guess why? Small increase in price, large decrease in alcohol percentage. By decreasing the alcohol content they pay less taxes, then they increase slightly the price and woila..'..game on.Customer happy and defrauded with a so called wine of 7/8 % alcohol instead of 10/11 %

Shameless penny pinchers

Everything was ok until I changed supplier.
Although the outstanding balance was paid in full by DD I received two more minors bill for the next 2 months. After I got enough of this saga I called in to ask explanations and I requested a copy of the last charges. This never arrived, meanwhile I paid the last bill request for £ 10.41 just to get rid of these leeches.Guess what? Today they sent me a request of £ 4 for sending me a copy( which they never sent) of the bill.
I am Lost for words. Actually I could use a word to define them, but I would be censored.
