Liars and cheats

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Bought a lifetime deal, under the guise that it would last forever. Crazy, right?

Well it turns out that was just a lie to take a lump sum of money from thousands of people. They have now removed many features we once had, due to "updates", and we cannot get them back unless we pay MORE money.

Unethical company. Do not trust. Please report to trading standards if you can.

We want to assure you that the lifetime deal you purchased is still fully honored. All users who purchased a lifetime subscription retain access to the core features originally included — such as unlimited posting, unlimited social media accounts, and platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

Due to recent changes in Google’s API, Google My Business became unmaintainable on the old platform and ceased functioning properly. In order to keep it sustainable on the new platform, we could not offer it in the same way that was originally promised. However, we now offer Google My Business as a subscription feature, with a discounted rate for lifetime users to help maintain fair access to it.

We completely understand how this might be disappointing, and we’re here to help. Website unreliable. Not worth the hassle.

Wanted a tartan carpet and prices here seemed brilliant compared to bigger brands.

After much deliberation and measuring and sample ordering I finally placed an order for 3x4m2 + underlay.

Payment was processed and confirmation email recieved only for me to receive and email telling me they didn't have enough stock as they thought they did... Not impressed but these things happen with websites and inputting errors... I was offered another carpet for the same price (that was "more expensive" apparently), but I knew for a fact this carpet was exactly the same price... Nice try trying to make me feel like you were doing me a favour, but it didn't work and the carpet was miles different from my original order...

The only suitable one I could find was a whopping £7/m2 cheaper but the pattern was nice so better than nothing as I had already booked the fitter to come at the weekend.

Emailed back asking for the replacement carpet and a refund of the cost difference... Only to be told THEY DIDN'T HAVE THIS ONE EITHER. Even though their website let me order this one too!!!!

They had the cheek to ask me to pick another (THIRD!) carpet... To which I told them just to give me my money back ASAP.

Far too much hassle. Unreliable website. Staff apparently lie to you about prices. Just a joke all round and customer experience is minimum. I will be shopping elsewhere I'm afraid.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

I do apologise about the stock issue with the carpet you ordered, I do understand that you have gone through the process of using our free sample service to pick your preferred range and colour so it must be very frustrating to go ahead with an order only to be told that we were unable to fulfill it on our fast delivery service. As my colleague mentioned in the email conversation the piece was showing in stock on our stock system however when we came to cut the piece it was showing much shorter which, as this was the last roll in stock unfortunately meant we were unable to cut the size of the piece you purchased. Unlike the other manufacturers we deal with, the tartan ranges have much longer delivery lead times than our other carpet and vinyl ranges meaning we do have to wait longer to receive these in. Usually when any flooring goes out of stock we already have planned deliveries due within the coming week from the manufacturers.

In the rare occasion that we receive an order we cannot fulfill straight away we do get in touch with our customers as soon as possible. This is why you were very quickly contacted prior to the planned dispatch with an update and suggestion of a replacement carpet, I can see you were sent a link to a different colour in the same range. You are correct that this message incorrectly said this was an upgrade, this was not an attempt to make you feel like we were doing you a favour it was an honest mistake by a member of staff as we often look to upgrade customers free of charge due to the inconvenience of the flooring not being ready for immediate dispatch, I do apologise for this and if it came across this way. Unfortunately on this occasion as the carpet is such a unique design we were unable to offer a suitable upgrade as this is the best quality tartan carpet we stock.

I can confirm that your full order has now been refunded in full, I do apologise for the inconvenience this caused and I hope you manage to find the carpet elsewhere.
