The company is a complaint scam I ordered a car diagnostics sensor for a car website seid they were £29.98 but was charged £51.01 when, looked at invoice they had changed it to two sensors .
I immediately email them back to cancel the order.This was done within three minutes , but they refused to cancel say it had already been shipped

When the company finally did decide to acknowledge my email.I was told that I could refuse the package.This was done , and I m still waiting for a refund , but they are now refusing to acknowledge
I\NWOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY YOU MART, AS WELL, JUST THROW YOUR MONEY DOWN THE TOILET

This will be my second review on booking.com.
I Ve just spent nearly 20 minutes on hold to speak to somebody after I finally found a contact number for them about\n Then failing to produce a property that we paid for in full and books, Wayne said that I was also claiming for petrol and the high rembility scooter that we could no longer use and that the bank are an air involved with a front case against them. I hang up. This is the sort of company they are really, really consider if you wish to book your holiday through them

I booked a holiday to Clacton on sea through booking.com
When we arrived, there was no caravan.Just a concrete slab tried to contact and what a surprise.Nobody answered no phone number, so I massaged them.Still haven't had anything back and that was a fortnight ago

I have notified the bank and have now put a fraud case against booking.com for failing to produce the caravan that I'd booked.
This company is in absolute shambles.It's a scam company, and I really, really would not recommend booking anything from them at all
I am now out of pocket due to the incompetent of this company
If you Google complaint to booking.com.It will come up with an email address.I ve emailed this address and all I get is an automated service back from them asking me email them with the booking reference but it invalid addres

Booked holiday and payed in full went down there today to find the mobile home we had booked no longer exists it just a concrete base
Couldn't contact company as it was a AI ANSWER MACHINE despite them saying you can contact them 24 hours a day so ive had to came home completely ruined in the family's holiday

This service absolutely stinks they quick to take your money but then won't return any of your phone calls that you ask them to and when you do get to speak to sameone they say they can't help and pass you on to someone else which normally means getting cut off

I place a order which arrived today and was WRONG DO YOU THINK YOU CAN SPEAK TO SANEINE NO
so I'm now left with a chair that is wrong

They say they take Customer service seriously But a natural fact they don't give a damn once I've got the money
