$260 wasted.

I paid this company $260 for a warranty on a new LG refrigerator. When the appliance broke down Centricity got around to sending a technician 7 days after requesting service. The tech said a part needed to be ordered and that left me without refrigeration for a second week. The problem was misdiagnosed, the repair part did not fix the problem and then the technician abandoned the job. Week number three. I called Centricity EVERY DAY and they did nothing for another week. I finally called LG service directly, they had the refrigerator repaired within 48 hours. After six (6) weeks, Centricity called and said they had someone to repair the appliance. SIX WEEKS!
A year later the refrigerator had another operational issue so I called Centricity..again.
This time Centricity flat out refused to honor the warranty and told me to find service elsewhere.
Centricity is a scam outfit. They will steal your money and treat you like crap while doing it. Do not waste money on these clowns.

*Update*

We reached out to the customer on April 18, 2025, to offer our assistance, but unfortunately, he chose not to engage with us at that time. We understand that life can be busy, and it was only after he emailed our claims department regarding his claim that we heard from him again. Regrettably, the customer's warranty expired on July 15, 2025. Since we did not receive any further communication from him, we are unable to proceed with the claim. We genuinely wish we could have been more helpful during this process.

Gaslight Express

Yun Express listed the Item I purchased on Amazon as "out for delivery" On April 29th. It kept listing it in the tracking as out for delivery for the next 11 days. Finally on May 10 they listed the status as "attempted delivery" for the next two days. Yun Express lost my package and is gaslighting me and Amazon.

Unacceptable experience

I placed two separate orders with gearbest. One order never arrived and the other was missing pieces. I opened tickets on both orders. They simply told me to wait,,,and wait. One support ticket was deleted by them and I had to reopen it. All of the responses from them simply told me to wait...and wait...then wait a little longer. (edit) THEY DO NOT QUALIFY AS BEING MY BEST FRIENDS.. If you read the 5 star reviews on the forum you will notice they all sound the same, written in english by someone who is not a native english speaker.
I will not throw good money after bad with any more patronage of these dissimulators.

Update: I opened a dispute with Paypal on Gearbest's invoice # WW1509150846327545. I ordered 5 items they delivered only 4. They refused to refund the price of the missing item and said they would only re-ship the item after I closed the Paypal dispute. I refuse to fall for that obvious ruse. I wasn't born yesterday, Gearbest.

Update: It is possible to get a full refund from gearbest only if you pay through Paypal and only if you fight tooth and nail to get it. JUST BEWARE: Gearbest will do whatever they can to avoid their supposed commitments to you. They will delete tickets, delete messages and try to trick you into dropping your Paypal claim against them. They are dishonest and dishonorable. DO NOT BUY THROUGH GEARBEST.
