I want my refund!!!
Item not delivered in package numerous calls to your customer service team, emails too, nearly 2 hour waits on hold, to be hung up on! Trips to 2 range stores to see if they can help, promised call backs and nothing still without led Gonk or refund.
Absolutely disgusting customer service shocking online experience! I am sure I am not the only one to receive your diabolical treatment, times are hard life is expensive and to be without item or money isn’t ok!

Parcel missing main item, no response from my email, phoned customer service on hold for an hour and half to then be told that your support worker couldn’t understand me even though I used the phonetic alphabet to spell things, she hung up on me! So no item, £30 out of pocket and no reply! Terrible customer service and to top it off an additional item ordered has been delayed due to them being busy! It’s been over a week since ordering too! Can’t understand why it takes so long
