Parcel missing main item
Parcel missing main item, no response from my email, phoned customer service on hold for an hour and half to then be told that your support worker couldn’t understand me even though I used the phonetic alphabet to spell things, she hung up on me! So no item, £30 out of pocket and no reply! Terrible customer service and to top it off an additional item ordered has been delayed due to them being busy! It’s been over a week since ordering too! Can’t understand why it takes so long
