I contacted pets at home due to being unable to login to book a groom for my dog. I had forgotten my password and the link to reset kept saying the token had expired every time I tried to rest it. The call handler Kylie S was extremely sympathetic and helpful however the log in issue has needed to be escalated.

Really standout easy to wear pieces whatever size you are. I am tall and love that the midi/ maxi items suit someone 5’10. I sometimes size up ( personal preference) even though the chart is reasonably accurate, just because I prefer some items to hide my problem areas.
I also appreciate the fast delivery.
I like the points system and I am liking the new preloved category for sustainability.
All in all very impressed and loving the brand.
If I had a request it would be for a search button to go straight to a specific item sometimes.

Always made to feel welcome in store. Cashiers jump on to tills quickly to ensure customers are not waiting in a queue which I feel is great customer service and shows attention to the needs of customers.

Plants when they arrived were excellent. As described, and well packaged.
Initially I did have a problem with the delivery (service) because the address was missing my house name, which I should have checked when the order confirmation came through, ( as advised) .
Because of the delivery issue I felt frustrated that there was ‘no’ telephone service but a requirement to complete a contact form or use live chat, to rectify.
However the response when answered was good! My order was prioritised and the house name originally missing was corrected and then the plants arrived exactly when said. Tracking available.
I would order from this company again because the plants were lovely and healthy, as described, a good price and I was impressed with the size. Had it not been for the delivery blip I would give 5 stars

Really nice and friendly call operator. Very clear and efficient. Did not mind giving us options with and without cruise cover. Straightforward process. Appreciate the call back feature rather than hanging on but think this option should come earlier in the call waiting to be answered.

Quick delivery. Good items and price with discount. Disappointed that returns have to be done through the post office and cannot be done at a shop for a refund just a gift card.
