Failure to fulfill intern.transfer obligations
For several weeks attempts to transfer funds from Lloyds UK account(s) to own foreign bank bank fails. All they offer is to make a complaint (which takes them weeks to answer), but no solution and no reason for why they are failing to provide the service. So, after numerous international phone calls, hours of "chats" they apologize, credit my account with £50 and apologize, but again no action to resolve the problem and still my funds are locked in Lloyds UK account. They suggest to use Revolut and PayPal, but yet again Lloyds seem to have a problem making legitimate foreign transfers and these solutions do not work either.
