Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace ! Ongoing issues with my credit card not working. When I call to speak to someone the system doesn't recognise the number so I have to go into the general system to speak to someone who's useless before being put to the right department, who then cuts me off and doesn't have the intelligence to phone me back
