The worst online store experience of my life.
On December 17th, I ordered 6 chairs. They were supposed to arrive within 3–4 days, but every time I followed up, they said the order was on the way. After a few days, they even stopped replying to my emails. I had no choice but to call their main company in Denmark from the Netherlands, paying international call costs every time.
Each time I called, they claimed the package had been returned and that they would resend it—but they never did. Eventually, I asked a Danish-speaking friend to call them, and they lied to her, saying my address was incomplete. This was completely false—I have proof that I entered my address correctly, and they even asked me to confirm it via email after placing the order, which I did.
That was their first lie.
After a lot of arguments and threatening to file a complaint, they finally sent 4 out of the 6 chairs. One of them was defective, and 2 were still missing. This started another exhausting process of following up for the remaining chairs.
Again, they didn’t respond to me, and I had to leave a negative comment on their Instagram page. Only then did they message me. But even after that, I had to spend another month calling and emailing just to receive the remaining chairs and a replacement for the defective one—with a lot of stress and frustration.
They completely exhausted me. They are dishonest and irresponsible.
No matter how many times I asked for a refund instead of the chairs, they kept saying the items had already been shipped and it wasn’t possible.
Truly awful service.
They also deleted my comments from their page.
