AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE..... BAD BAD BAD.

The item I ordered took nearly a month to get to me. When it arrived it was a cheap nasty looking item of clothing. I wished to return the item to the supplier and as per the information on their website I contacted them to initiate a return. below is the information they sent to me Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that the item you received did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment, and we're here to assist you.

We'd like to offer you two options to resolve your concerns:

Option 1: If you wish to return the product, please ensure that the product is returned to us in its original condition.

When returning the product, please provide us with the return tracking number or link for validation purposes.

We would like to remind you of our company policy, which states that we do not provide return labels or reimburse return shipping costs. The estimated return costs usually vary between £30–£40. In addition, any customs fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the sender (you). Please also note that we are not responsible for any loss of the package during transit. It can also take up to 4-5 weeks before you get a full refund.

Please note: When the package has not arrived successfully in good condition at our return address, we won’t issue a refund! You are 100% responsible for successfully sending the returned product(s) in good condition back to our warehouse. In case the package gets lost or damaged during the return shipping, you will be responsible for covering the damage.

Option 2: Keep the product with a partial refund of 10% and a 20% discount code on your next order. (most chosen option)

Though we do not offer any partial refunds, as a goodwill gesture, we can offer you an instant refund of 10% and provide you with a 20% discount code for your next purchase.

Please be informed that, since return shipping costs are very high and there is a high risk of damage to the product during the shipping process, we recommend that you return the product to us. Besides that, it also takes more than a month for the return and refund process. Due to all these reasons, 95% of our customers prefer option 2. Kindly confirm which option you want to take.

I questioned that their their returns policy is not stated clearly on their website. Their website gives the impression that they are a family business based in Holland when in fact their goods are sent from China. The eventually agreed a 30% refund and keep the item after alot of exchange of emails. As of today I have not received the agreed refund and the email has now returned a failure to send the message and states that it no longer exists. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
