Extremely disappointing experience would not recommend CLEW.

I returned a snowboard and several other items using the return label provided by CLEW themselves. I have full proof of shipment, including the official PostNL receipt and tracking. After 25 days in transit, CLEW claimed they received a bag of wet wipes instead of my return. Instead of investigating the issue with their carrier (which is their responsibility under EU consumer law), they simply refused to refund anything.

Their communication has been slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. Even after providing all evidence, CLEW continues to shift the blame onto me, despite the fact that they created the return label and therefore carry the transport risk. I have followed every instruction exactly as provided.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If something goes wrong with your return — even if it’s clearly a shipping error — CLEW will leave you completely on your own. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.
