I am deeply disappointed with Lowell

I am deeply disappointed with Lowell. Despite the fact that my identity was stolen and the case was officially reported to the police and Action Fraud, Lowell continues to treat me as the debtor. This situation has been going on for far too long and seems impossible to resolve. I feel cheated, ignored, and extremely frustrated by the way this company handles victims of identity theft.
Absolutely terrible experience.
