Misleading Lifetime Deal - Key Features Removed
I feel completely misled by Heropost's so-called "lifetime" deal. When I purchased, I was promised essential features like unlimited workspaces, unlimited social profiles, and posting to Google My Business. Now, after a platform change, these features have been ripped away, rendering the product far less useful and nowhere near what I paid for.
This is a blatant bait-and-switch. Selling a "lifetime" license, only to remove critical features later, is deceptive and unethical. Heropost sold me on these features, and now they've made the product almost worthless for my needs. A lifetime deal should mean full access to what was promised – not that the company can strip away functionality whenever they please.
Customer service has been slow and unhelpful, and I’m left feeling scammed. Heropost should either restore all the features they promised or offer a full refund. As it stands, this company has lost all credibility. I would strongly advise anyone considering Heropost to stay far away – they don't deliver on their promises.

If you purchased a lifetime plan, you still have lifetime access — and your account continues to include the core features that were originally promised, such as unlimited social profiles, and unlimited posting across major platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
You were also upgraded to our new platform at no additional cost, which includes significant improvements, better performance, and many enhancements based on user feedback.
Due to recent changes in Google’s API, Google My Business became unmaintainable on the old platform and ceased functioning properly. In order to keep it sustainable on the new platform, we could not offer it in the same way that was originally promised. However, we now offer Google My Business as a subscription feature, with a discounted rate for lifetime users to help maintain fair access to it.
Our commitment remains to provide the features that were originally offered, and we have not removed core functionality.
