Oplichting
Blijken helaas oplichters. Twee jaar geleden een "Lifetime Unlimited Pro subscription" op het Heropost platform gekocht voor enkele honderden euro's, om social media accounts voor meerdere klanten te beheren. In voorwaarden stond duidelijk dat het ging om ongelimiteerd toegang tot alle features van het Heropost platform. Inmiddels heeft Heropost de Lifetime users (of zoals we nu worden genoemd "Legacy users") ingeperkt, zo is het belangrijke kanaal TikTok niet meer te gebruiken... en is er een nieuw platform uitgerold onder dezelfde naam "Heropost" waar met de Lifetime subscription geen toegang meer toe is. Waar we weer een nieuw Heropost Lifetime abonnement op kunnen afsluiten. Haha. Onbetrouwbaar bedrijf, ik verwacht dat dit trucje een verdienmodel is dat ze in de toekomst gaan blijven uithalen (er zijn eerdere platformen die verdacht veel op Heropost lijken die dit voorheen onder andere namen hebben gedaan.. waarschijnlijk waren zij dit ook).

Your Lifetime Unlimited Pro subscription is still active and honored, and you continue to have access to the core features that were included at the time of your purchase — such as unlimited posting, unlimited social accounts, and access to platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Regarding TikTok, we want to be clear that TikTok was never a supported integration for Lifetime accounts. Due to API limitations and platform costs, TikTok has only recently become available and is supported on our monthly and annual subscription plans.
We also want to clarify that the new Heropost platform is a significant upgrade in terms of infrastructure and functionality. It operates on a different system, which made it technically impossible to migrate accounts and schedules automatically. However, Lifetime users have access to the New Platform, with all the original features intact.
