But to save yourself problems, if your new or just started, then before depositing or after first deposit/ before withdrawal then in the menu select account verification, complete all the fields, including payment methods listed you wish to use.

Also this casino states in their terms and conditions that you may only withdraw from the method of which you deposited. Once your account is verified you will see green ticks next to each box. If you deposit via crypto the payouts are fast (within a few hours ) max for me 12/14 hours.

Now to the winning. I have deposited alot, but for me I always hit free spins and sometimes buy bonuses.

I deposited around £350 over the course of a week and decided not to withdraw and kept playing. I then won £2000.

Now I highlight as I said above that you need to withdraw to the same method you deposit. I was depositing via bank and withdrawing through crypto which was allowed at first but then had an email I can only withdraw by bank, which is fair as majority of my deposits are bank transfer! I had to show a bank statement for proof of IBAN which has been recently accepted ( writhing 24 hours) and payout is now being fully processed.
