Hi. I have seen a lot of negative reviews here from UK players. The casino is good. But to save yourself problems, if your new or just started, then before depositing or after first deposit/ before withdrawal then in the menu select account verification, complete all the fields, including payment methods listed you wish to use.

Also this casino states in their terms and conditions that you may only withdraw from the method of which you deposited. Once your account is verified you will see green ticks next to each box. If you deposit via crypto the payouts are fast (within a few hours ) max for me 12/14 hours.

Now to the winning. I have deposited alot, but for me I always hit free spins and sometimes buy bonuses.

I deposited around £350 over the course of a week and decided not to withdraw and kept playing. I then won £2000.

Now I highlight as I said above that you need to withdraw to the same method you deposit. I was depositing via bank and withdrawing through crypto which was allowed at first but then had an email I can only withdraw by bank, which is fair as majority of my deposits are bank transfer! I had to show a bank statement for proof of IBAN which has been recently accepted ( writhing 24 hours) and payout is now being fully processed.

Bottom line is it is not fair to rate a casino if you haven't followed/ read their terms and conditions.

They do pay, change games is one isn't paying. And remeber this isn't a Uk casino so when you deposit you take responsibility of accepting non-uk terms and conditions, with maybe different procedures as normal.

I deposited having already self excluded with their company. Yes my fault. I asked rolletto to close my account and raised an issue but they won't communicate with me at all.

Don't be taken in by the false reviews on here. No casino has such high reviews, even trustpilot have acknowledged they have removed fraudulent reviews here.

all the positive reviews are fake. this site is a scam. i deposited 3000 euro in BTC and won 11000, had 14000 in my balance and tried to withdraw. they asked me for verification. i verified everything they asked for, including video messages, id pictures etc. and they suspend my account for "investigating" now 2 months later claiming i have violated terms of service and they closed my account and took my 14000 euro. they are scammers i haven't seen any person get paid from this website. i have full video proof of everything. i have not broken any form of terms or rules, i keep asking them to explain or provide evidence / proof yet they simply ignore me every time.
