Terrible product, ordered and took almost 3 weeks to arrive, actually ordered another one overnight from Amazon as needed it quicker. This could of been forgiven, but literally received it lunch time Friday, puppy played with it for 5 mins, not even aggressively and it ripped in 3 places.

Emailed and asked for refund and was told, it was not designed to be played with so could not offer refund as my puppy had played with it and chewed it apparently aggressively. which he hadnt, he is a puppy, he cant chew aggressively! The one i bought as an emergency holder till this expensive one arrived has done the job and pup loves it and it definitely his favourite toy and it has no rips in it, and I would say he is quite rough with that one!

terrible product, badly made and rubbish excuses from customer service.
