Worst company ever
Worst company ever, I ve had my printer 14months,I’ve printed 270 pages in all. It now refuses to print anything. I have been on to customer services, and they have put me on to customer support where you load down an app, and type messages to each other. Surely a machine shouldn’t break down after only printing 270 pages,that’s 20pages per month, I am now suppose to take it to be repaired at my own expense. Well that’s the first and last time I will ever buy a Brother which is an expensive machine, It canon all the way £50, lasted for years

This review is of the wrong company. WE ARE NOT BROTHER, we are an independent reseller that mostly sells label products.
You did not buy your printer from us, nor have you ever spoken to our customer support.
Trustpilot originally mis-named our website as "Brother Printers" hence the confusion. We would be grateful if you could move this review to Brother and/or whoever you actually spoke to.
I'm sure you wrote this review to punish Brother for their poor customer support, and warn other potential customers about buying from them - But that won't work if your review is posted to the wrong company - those people will never see your review so you just wasted your time and are hurting our business instead!
