By far the worst customer service...
By far the worst customer service I've experienced with any company! As soon as something goes wrong, almost no support is given...the customer service team is terrible and not helpful at all. Would not recommend for anyone to purchase items from this company.

This review is of the wrong company. WE ARE NOT BROTHER, we are small UK based independent reseller.
You did not buy anything from us, nor have you ever been in contact with our customer service - we do not even sell in your country!
Trustpilot originally mis-named our website as "Brother Printers" hence the confusion. We would be grateful if you could move this review to Brother and/or whoever you actually spoke to.
