this company are dishonest bandits that offer no customer service at all , the worst on line shopping experience i have ever had , i placed an order for a cheap sofa bed ( £190) on the 7th October with a guaranteed delivery date of the 11th of October , and of course the item has not been delivered !! I noticed that there stupid tracking system was not working correctly and have attempted multiple phone calls and sent emails with no reply , it feels like a company that is about to go bankrupt , i have opened a Paypal dispute and the' bandits' have not replied to them as well - I will get my money back - but a word of advice NEVER NEVER NEVER deal with this company
