This company is shambolic. I placed an order which was expected to be delivered in a few days.

One week later, there's no sign of it, and no communication. Upon chasing, the customer services agent fails to give me any concrete date as to when it will be dispatched.

Don't waste your time with these guys, it's not worth it.

They had my negative review removed! I don’t know how they did it as I had a genuine experience. Please be aware this is how they operate.

Take your money for products they cannot deliver - AVOID
This company took nearly £1000 from my bank when I clicked for 0% finance. This left me very overdrawn.
Then when I chased them because the goods were not delivered I found out that they were not able to supply the furniture as they didn't have it.

If it is not bad enough that they took money I didn't authorise and sold goods they did not have I still have not got my money back from them.

If you don't like to lose money use a reputable company. I wish I had read these reviews before throwing my money away.

Ordered a fitness band in January 2022, Robert at Worldstore advised that "the product was lost along the way" and offered a refund, which I accepted in March. Not heard from them since then.
Best advice is not to use this company, they are either in financial trouble or are just conning customers.

Terrible quality got a 2 seater leather sofa from them as the colour exactly matched my 3 seater I already had from else where. Leather peeling and flakeing off. Only 2-3 years old and its ready for the bin. Got my other leather sofa from Harvey's and its still looking great 8 years down the line.

Never got insurance papers sent sofa caved in underneath arm peeled been looking since 2018 wasted 945.00 please do not use these people inside are made from cheap crap I would not give them a star at all if I could

Have ordered an itim that ihave paid for but not received.

Update on this furniture. Without a doubt this was the worst purchase I have ever made, absolute crap. The top of the chest has bowed, the drawers don't fit, the back has bowed out apart from the difference in colour of the chest to the 2 bedside cabinets. Will never use again as they are now part of Dunelm group. Steer clear.

Bought a “leather” setter and chair from them last year settee cushions have already began to crack and peel , and seam has come loose absolute crap , don’t even bother with this company , customer care is a joke avoid avoid avoid

Bought a texas 3 seater leather couch ..the seat leather has badly cracked..not like real leather at all
Also bought a leather chair which arrived damaged so they offered a part refund so as I would not return it
Customer care don't answer the phones
I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company..it's just crap

products come late, damaged, and without holes in them.

Lucky to get 1 star. Have been waiting WEEKS for my sofa, company will not even answer emails anymore. Have written to my credit card company to request a refund.

More than a month delay to deliver my sofa. Staff are rude and incompetent. I hope Dunelm sack their customer service department post acquisition as they are a bunch of morons.

Purchased mattresses off them 4 years ago. Mattresses are no longer usable as the springs have gone. It took over 1 month for them to respond with confirmation that they wont refund or replace even though they advertised at the time a 7 year warranty with the mattress. They also stated that there was nothing wrong from what they could see based on the photos. More than happy for them to collect and try sleeping on them!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SUPPLIER.

Stole £120 from me (64 and disabled!) - waited months for my chair which was marked as despatched, then NOTHING, no goods, no refund then NOTHING - no means of communication, no e-m's replied to. Went to Resolver who took it up with them, escalated it and then told me there was nothing further they could do. THIEVES!!!!! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM, YOU'LL GET NO GOODS AND YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK

Terrible company,
was sent furniture with parts missing, phoned lots of times emailed lots of time still no parts.
Have asked them to collect and refund have not even had the decency to reply.
Stay well away from this company totally uninterested in their customer care.

Utter shambles of a company - steer well clear. Promised item had been dispatched, no tracking details provided, 6 phone calls and an email later and was left with no alternative than to file a paypal dispute and get my money back. Utter joke
