In the beginning of october 2014 I ordered a couple of items from Sinclair.com and I got a confirmation on my order saying that I can expect delivery in 2 - 8 weeks. Which was fine, since I ordered in plenty of time for the package to arrive (containing a gift for my boyfriend) The money was withdrawled allmost at once and this puzzled me a bit because usually companies only "take" the money when the order has been shipped.
I waited, and waited and after the 6 weeks I e-mailed them asking what was happening with my order.
The response I got was that they where backed up and that my order would be shipped shortly.
So I waited, and waited and WAITED again for about 1,5 month more and at this point I WAS REALLY MAD!!
I emailed them again and now I got a different story about them having manufacturing issues because of copy-cats and copyright and what not and they thank me for my continued patience and tell me that my order would be shipped soon.

Finally after 3,5 months I had, had enough and I e-mailed again and demanded my money back and after a while I got my money back, but that didn't make my boyfriend less disapointed about the gift that he would never get.
I am NEVER ordering though this site ever again and I would never recommend it to anyone else. STAY AWAY!!!
